很多賣家對此表示很冤，因為不是他們不願意提交德國税務證書，他們早已著手準備 VAT 的相關資料，奈何時間過去了一兩個月，税務證書還是沒能下來，這次被封號的許多賣家質疑德國税局的工作效率有點低。

不少賣家表示，英國的税號辦理時間特別快，但是德國站卻需要至少 2 個月時間，根據專門辦理 VAT 的服務商發過來的反饋，之所以大批賣家店鋪的本地税號過了這麼長時間還沒有辦下來，是因為德國税務局的工作量暫時處理不完副本，也就是説由於德國税務局的工作效率問題，導致大批賣家的税務證書處理還在排隊中。

在等待期間，賣傢什麼都做不了，許多賣家因此損失慘重。據瞭解，臨時税號補税到拿到税號大概需要 2 個月的時間，這也讓一些賣家完美錯過銷售旺季，已有賣家表示德國站因税務問題從被封到再被解禁經歷了漫長的過程，解禁之後德國地址賣不了貨，經過一個月的時間才恢復正常，因為錯過銷售旺季，這位賣家損失了 100 多萬。

Actually,I know Amazon had asked for the DE VAY certificate several months ago, from that time, I started to deal with the certificate.

XX（時間）,I have appiled for a local tax number in Berlin Tax Center.

XX（時間）,I have applied for a DE tax number in Federal Tax Processing Center.

And  XX（時間）, I have applied for a copy of the tax certificate in German Finance Bureau.

But there are too many sellers making the application that German Finance Bureau couldn’t reply these application on time, and I couldn’t get my tax certificate on time.
